Mechanical: Posted 2/20/08

Numerical Tool and Process Control Programmer. Create part programs based on part designs run on CNC lathes, mills, press brakes, punch presses, lasers, water jets. Solid understanding of G code programming, part dimensioning, work piece materials, speeds and feeds, cutting tool theory and work holding set-ups. Ability to reduce set-up times and improve process control. Lay-out and develop templates to construct, assemble and install irregular items and systems and develop complex templates and patterns to shape, construct and assemble  objects with combined shades such as rectangular, cylindrical, tapered or truncated cones, using the least number of seams and metal programming, set-up and operate press brakes, milling machine shears, welding machines, rollers and use of a variety of hand and power tools. 6 month exp. Design Drafter:

METAL AND GLASS DESIGNER, DEER PARK, NY:
Design metal and glass items for structures. Prepare and review architectural drawings. Analyze sketches and measure physical surroundings. Draw sketches and prescribe fabrication techniques. Provide Auto Cad drawings familiar with principles of architectural drafting, industrial design and mechanical engineering. 35 Hours per week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Two years experience required with BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Project Manager:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of five years experience in the management of major construction projects, to do take-offs and estimates, schedule manpower, purchase materials, co-ordinate with General Contractor's management staff and Project Supervisors, and supervise major construction projects.
